The Consultation Process

The marketing consultation is a 90min session by phone, video or in-person and uses a process called D.I.V.E. This approach is designed to ensure that the entrepreneur is able get action items the can be used to take the next logical and strategic steps in their business.

Discovery

This stage allows us to get a clearer understanding of what your business does and how it currently makes money. In the discovery, we focus on the identity of your business and what makes it work.

Investigation

In this stage, we focus on the problems and pain points you are experiencing within your marketing. This allows of to zoom in on what solutions and objectives we should set for the rest of our consultation.

Value

This is where the fun really starts to happen. We learn a little bit about what your audience values and what you offer to meet their needs wants and desires in order to improve your sales and marketing activities.

Execution

At this point, we choose 5-6 top priorities to focus on so that you are able to carry out a better and more effective marketing strategy. Every business is different and will require a unique set of actions.
